- - 0.5 cups of rice;
- - 2 pcs. sweet pepper;
- - 3 pcs. a tomato;
- - vegetable oil;
- - salt, pepper to taste.

Step 1
Prepare the dough first. Beat eggs well in a deep bowl, add kefir. Quench the baking soda with apple cider vinegar, add salt. Then add flour in small portions. Stir the mixture well so that there are no lumps. The dough should be fluffy, like a pancake.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. To do this, peel the onions, chop finely. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into wedges, cut the bell peppers in half, core them and chop them into thin strips. Boil the rice until half cooked so that it is crumbly. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
In a separate skillet, well heated with vegetable oil, fry the chopped onions. Cook over low heat until half cooked, add minced meat, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything and fry until tender for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Prepare a baking dish. Cover it with parchment paper to prevent the cheese from sticking to the bottom of the container. Start to lay out the cake in layers. First, spread grated cheese evenly over the entire form, then pickled mushrooms, boiled rice, minced meat with onions. Put tomato slices, bell peppers.
Step 5
Pour the dough on top. Put the pie in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. When the cake is done, remove it from the oven and let cool for 20 minutes. Once the item has cooled, gently turn it over onto a flat dish.
