This is one of my all-time favorite puff pastries. Its taste is very delicate and juicy. I especially like the honey-flavored milk cream in it.

It is necessary

  • - 800 g ready-made puff pastry,
  • - 1 glass of flour,
  • - 1 tsp. powdered sugar
  • - 1 glass of honey,
  • - 5 glasses of milk,
  • - 10 eggs,
  • - 50 g butter.
  • For glaze:
  • - 5 tbsp. l. cocoa,
  • - 5 tbsp. l. Sahara,
  • - 0.5 cups of milk.

Instructions

Step 1

Defrost the dough and roll it into a layer 3 mm thick. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle with water. We put the rolled cake on a sheet. We send it to an oven preheated to 200 ° for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Then we prepare the honey cream. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Combine honey with yolks, add flour and beat thoroughly. We boil the milk in a deep container and, without removing it from the heat, pour the honey mass into it. Cook the mixture for 5 minutes. over low heat, stirring constantly. At the end of cooking, add butter, stir and cool. For the preparation of glaze 5 tbsp. l. mix cocoa with 5 tbsp. l. sugar, pour all 0.5 cups of milk and put on fire. Bring the mixture to a boil and add 70 g of butter.

Step 3

When the baked puff has cooled down, it is necessary to cut it into 4 equal parts. Each cake should be smeared with honey cream and stacked in three layers on top of each other. Pour the cream over the top of the puff cake again and sprinkle with the remaining crumbs from the scraps. You can decorate with fruits, chocolate icing or melted honey.
