The fermented milk drink goes well with the sweetness of honey. Ryazhenka and honey make delicious panna cotta. Dessert is quite dietary, very light, tender. But if you like sweets, then add sugar.

It is necessary

  • - 450 ml of fermented baked milk 4%;
  • - 100 ml of water;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey;
  • - 5 g of gelatin.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour gelatin with chilled boiled water, let it swell. Add 1 tablespoon of honey (more is possible), heat until the gelatin and honey are completely dissolved, just do not bring to a boil. You can add sugar, but the dessert turns out to be moderately sweet, with a pleasant sourness, which fermented baked milk gives to the delicacy. If you like a stronger jelly, then instead of 5 g of gelatin, take 10. But for panna cotta, the jelly should not be too strong.

Step 2

Add cooled gelatin-honey water to the fermented baked milk, mix. Beat everything with a blender - then the jelly will turn out to be more airy and porous.

Step 3

Pour the resulting mass into portioned containers, it can be bowls, vases, bowls. Refrigerate overnight.

Step 4

In the morning, place the containers in a bowl of hot water for a couple of seconds, then turn the dessert over on a saucer. Panna cotta "Honey fermented baked milk" is ready, you can serve it for breakfast, sprinkled with grated chocolate or coconut.
