Fermented baked milk gives these muffins a beautiful color. Instead, you can take sour cream, and instead of dried berries, use dried fruits, candied fruits or chopped chocolate. This amount of ingredients will make approximately 15 delicious muffins.

- - 200 ml of fermented baked milk;
- - 200 g of dried berries;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 2 tsp baking powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk 2 eggs with sugar. You can add vanilla sugar as you like for a special flavor.

Add softened butter to the mass, mix.

Pour in the fermented baked milk, mix the mixture thoroughly again. With fermented baked milk, the muffins will turn out tastier, but if you don't have it, then ordinary sour cream will do.
Step 4
Add sun-dried berries, stir. Add flour mixed with baking powder. Knead the dough. It shouldn't be too thick.
Step 5
Lubricate the muffin cups with butter. If you have silicone molds, you do not need to lubricate them. If you have special cupcake liners, they can be used to line up regular muffin cups.
Step 6
Spread out the dough, filling the molds 2/3 of the way.
Step 7
Bake muffins with fermented baked milk for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees. The dough should rise. You can decorate the finished muffins with a cherry or any other berry.
