Step 1
At home, you can cook fermented baked milk, which will be more useful than purchased at retail outlets. A store product contains various unhealthy additives that are unsuitable for long-term storage. The taste in such fermented baked milk is less pronounced than in the one cooked at home.

Get a deep container that you can put in the oven. Do not take aluminum, as it contains harmful substances that, when heated, can enter the body. Pour milk into a saucepan, then place it on the stove and heat it over high heat. After boiling, reduce the gas to minimum heat.
Step 3
Continue simmering the product for about 1.5 hours. As a result, the milk should acquire a creamy hue. Next, place the container in a preheated oven at 120 degrees for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Then remove the dairy product from the oven and cool at room temperature. Put 2, 5 tablespoons of sour cream and mix well until smooth. If the milk has not cooled yet, then it will quickly curdle and fermented baked milk will not work.
Step 5
Close the lid and place the pan in a warm place, closer to the stove or radiator for 5-8 hours. After that you can try fermented baked milk. For taste, you can add sugar, fruits, berries, jam. Always store the dairy product in the refrigerator for no more than 2-3 days.
