Step 1
First you need to prepare a delicious chicken broth. Cut the prepared half of the chicken carcass into small pieces, put them in a saucepan and pour 2.5 liters of water. Place on the stove and bring to a boil. Skim off the foam periodically with a slotted spoon.
Step 2
To improve the taste of chicken broth, it is recommended to put cloves of garlic cut in half, half an onion, salt, black peppercorns, and the spice hop-suneli. After the chicken is cooked, remove the pieces onto a plate, separate from the bones, add a little salt and cut into slices. Strain the broth. Cut the celery stalk and peeled medium-sized carrots into rings and dip into the broth.
Step 3
Rinse the rice well and boil in a separate saucepan until cooked in salted water. Throw in a colander and rinse under cold water. Now you need to quickly and lightly fry in oil until golden brown with chopped onions and put in a saucepan with broth.
Step 4
Cut the walnut kernels with a knife, but not very finely. Put chicken, nuts in a soup plate and pour broth with rice, carrots and celery. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of cilantro.
