For many, ice cream is a favorite treat. This is a delicious, refreshing and generally unusual dessert. But for those who are on a diet or preserve their figure, there is a wonderful ice cream recipe, in which there is practically no fat. Its main ingredient is banana. It is very simple to make such ice cream, but it will turn out to be no less tasty than usual.
It is necessary
- - 2 very ripe bananas;
- - 50 ml milk or cream;
- - 1 packet of vanillin;
- - chocolate or nuts for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Pre-peel the bananas and cut into slices 1, 5-2 centimeters thick. Place them in a cup or container and place in the freezer until completely frozen. How long it takes depends on the capabilities of your freezer.
Step 2
When the bananas are very hard and frozen, put them in a blender, add milk or cream to them, and a packet of vanillin. If you like a little more sweet taste, then you can add a teaspoon of honey. Grind everything at a very high speed, stirring occasionally and removing them from the blender with a spoon. You should get a very airy, tender and creamy mass.
Step 3
Put the ice cream in a container and put it in the freezer for another couple of hours. After that, take out and form small balls with an ice cream spoon.
Step 4
Put the ice cream balls in cups, decorate with grated chocolate on top or sprinkle with chopped nuts to your liking. Delicate banana ice cream is ready!
