A bright dish that delights the stomach and eyes. A dish that, when preparing, you do not need to think about the proportions of the ingredients, will turn out to be very tasty in any version.
It is necessary
- - 350 g pork fillet;
- - 50 g pork fat;
- - 50 g of corn (canned);
- - 1 head of onion;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of refined sunflower oil;
- - ½ teaspoon of hot pepper;
- - 2 sweet peppers;
- - small chili peppers;
- - 170 g of tomatoes in their own juice;
- - ½ teaspoon of sugar;
- - 1 teaspoon of salt;
- - 5 g fresh garlic;
- - 300 g beans (canned).
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the pork fat. Chop the onion with a knife. Fry lard in a pan with the addition of oil, then add the chopped onion, simmer for 2-3 minutes and put on a plate.
Step 2
Rinse the meat and cut into small cubes. Fry the meat in the same pan, season with salt and sprinkle with hot pepper. Add the stewed onion and cook until tender.
Step 3
Rinse and seed the peppers. Chop hot and sweet peppers into cubes. Add pepper and chopped garlic to the meat in the pan, add salt.
Step 4
Simmer all the ingredients, after 15 minutes add the chopped canned tomatoes and sugar. Pour 100 ml of tomato juice from tomatoes and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
Wash canned beans and corn in boiled water, pour into a pan to the meat. Stir gently, simmer for 3 minutes more. Mexican-style pork is ready. When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
