Although pork with beans and tomatoes is a fairly simple dish, the meat according to this recipe turns out to be very tasty! Do not rush to exclude beans from the dish if you do not like them, because here they go well with meat and tomatoes.

Pre-soak the beans in cold water, leave them for four hours, you can soak the beans even longer if you are not in a hurry to prepare the dish.

After this time, boil the beans until tender. Beans take about one hour to cook, but different types of beans take different amounts of time.

Peel the onions, chop finely. Rinse the meat, cut into small pieces. Rinse the tomatoes too, cut into slices.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, put onion, fry it until translucent.

Add meat to the pan, fry for 20 minutes. Then add the tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Cook everything together for 15 minutes.
