Eggs are traditionally used for breakfast or a quick dinner. When you are tired of the usual scrambled eggs, fried eggs or omelet, you can cook scrambled eggs with onions, tomatoes and green beans.

Such a dish turns out to be much more satisfying than ordinary scrambled eggs, and in addition to this, the body receives the necessary vitamins, trace elements and fiber.

To prepare the dish you will need:

- eggs - 2 pcs;

- frozen green beans - 200 g;

- tomato - 1 pc;

- onion - 1 piece;

- salt and spices - to taste;

- sunflower oil.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat it up and pour out the beans without defrosting. Do not worry that it will not have time to melt and cook, the beans do not take long.

While the beans are fried, wash and cut the tomato - half rings or into a quarter ring. Peel and cut onions into cubes or half rings.

When the beans are browned, put the vegetables in the pan, add salt and pepper to taste, mix and leave to simmer under the lid for 3-5 minutes.

Beat the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a fork. Pour vegetables with the resulting mixture, cover with a lid and fry over low heat for a couple of minutes. Put the finished scrambled eggs on plates and serve. If desired, you can sprinkle the dishes with finely chopped herbs.

Asparagus can be replaced with cauliflower (pre-boiled) cabbage inflorescences, peppers, zucchini, or boiled potatoes.
