I present to you a recipe for the most tender stewed lamb with tomatoes and beans. The meat according to this recipe turns out to be juicy and tasty.
It can also be made from beef.
It is necessary
- • 800 g of lamb meat (tenderloin is better);
- • 200 g of tomatoes;
- • 500 g green beans;
- • onions or leeks;
- • greens;
- • seasoning to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
First, peel the onions, rinse in cold water and chop finely. If using leeks, you can cut them into half rings.
Step 2
Then chop the tomatoes not very coarsely. Cherry tomatoes can be cut into wedges.
Step 3
Now take the meat, wash (in order for the meat to be clean, without blood, it is necessary to soak it in a saucepan with cold water for several hours in advance) and cut into thin slices, like on a steak.
Step 4
Fry the onions in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 5
Place the meat in a skillet, add salt and cook for about a quarter of an hour on each side.
Step 6
Then add the green beans. If you are using frozen, then you can throw it directly without defrosting. Simmer for another quarter of an hour.
Step 7
Add chopped tomatoes and simmer for 7 minutes until tender.
Step 8
Lamb stew with tomatoes and beans is ready. Can be served with any side dish of your choice.
