  • - milk (100 ml);
  • - canned peaches (1 small jar);
  • - sour cream (150 g);
  • - milk chocolate (6 pieces);
  • - sugar (50 g).

Instructions

Step 1

Beat the cottage cheese with a blender. Add sour cream and sugar to it, mix until smooth.

Step 2

Peel the banana and kiwi. We cut them into thin rings.

Step 3

Pour gelatin into the milk. We put milk on fire and heat, stirring occasionally. When the gelatin is completely dissolved, the milk can be removed from the heat.

Step 4

Add the milk-gelatin mixture to the curd mass, mix the mass again.

Step 5

Now we lay out all the components in layers: bananas, curd mass, kiwi, curd mass, peaches, curd mass.

Step 6

Grind the chocolate into small crumbs and sprinkle it on our cottage cheese and fruit dessert. Place the treat in the refrigerator for 1 hour to freeze.
