Curd cheese has become a new culinary favorite in the preparation of desserts. Delicate creams with a bright taste drive everyone crazy. And today we will cook cottage cheese desserts.
Berry and curd cake
Grind 300 grams of cookies (you can use a blender) and mix it with butter (150 gr). You can take less oils so that the base of the cake does not turn out to be too greasy, but you can mix it with margarine in a 1: 1 ratio. Put the resulting mass in a mold and tamp it thoroughly, then put it in the refrigerator or freezer.
Whisk 250 g of mascarpone with egg and icing sugar, put on a sand base, garnish with berries on top and refrigerate. This is necessary in order for the gelatin to set. While the cake is solidifying, prepare the jelly. For the base, take the juice of berries, heat it up, add a little sugar. If there is not enough juice, then you can use syrup, but in this case sugar is not needed - there is enough of it in the syrup. Add gelatin according to the instructions, heat (but do not boil) until completely dissolved, then, with constant stirring, cool and pour over the cake. Put the finished dessert in the refrigerator overnight to freeze the gelatin.
Gelatin dessert with mascarpone and cocoa
Soak 10 grams of gelatin in a little water and let it swell. Mix four tablespoons of sugar with the same amount of cocoa. As soon as the gelatin swells, add the sugar mixture to it and put it on the fire - heat it up at low power with constant stirring until the gelatin dissolves. When the first gelatinous layer is ready, grease the mold with oil and pour the mixture into it. We send it to the freezer for half an hour.
Pour 20 grams of gelatin with warm milk and leave to swell. 400 grams of sour cream, 250 grams of mascarpone cheese, 150 grams of skim cream and a glass of sugar, beat. Mix the slightly cooled gelatin mixture with sour cream cheese and mix thoroughly. When the mixture has cooled down, but has not yet begun to harden, pour it into a mold over the hardened part with cocoa. This cake should be left in the cold overnight.
In order to reduce the calorie content of the dessert, instead of sugar, we take a tablespoon of honey (a little more is possible - be guided by your taste).
Gelatinous desserts, in comparison with others, are quite low in calories. But still, be sure to pay attention to what foods you use and how high in calories they are.
