This light, airy dessert will impress sweet lovers. It is prepared very simply.

- - 200 ml heavy cream,
- - 1 glass ml milk,
- - 100 ml Baileys,
- - 250 g mascarpone cheese,
- - chocolate paste,
- - 80 g icing sugar,
- - 1 tsp vanilla,
- - grated chocolate and whipped cream for garnish.

The first step is to whip the cream. Then add mascarpone, vanilla and half the sugar to them. Mix everything until smooth.

Next, you need to choose the dishes for serving. Clear portioned glasses are best.

Now you need to mix the Baileys liqueur, milk and the remaining sugar.

Cookies should be dipped in milk mixture and left for 20-30 seconds to soften, but it is not recommended to overexpose. Cookies must be laid out in one layer, covered with a small layer of chocolate paste on top. The next layer will be mascarpone and cream.
Step 5
The steps must be repeated until the cookies and curd mixture are finished. 2 layers should come out.
Step 6
Decorate the dessert with grated chocolate, nuts, fruit and whipped cream. Then put in the refrigerator for several hours, or better overnight. Serve chilled.
