If you have a celebration tomorrow, and you still have not decided what you will serve for dessert, then prepare a chocolate-banana cake without baking. It is easy enough to prepare, and it also tastes great.

- - sour cream - 400 g;
- - milk - 1/2 cup;

- - cocoa - 3 tablespoons;
- - gelatin - 10 g;

Take a small saucepan, put butter in it and put it on fire. Melt the butter until smooth, then combine with the chopped cookies. Mix everything thoroughly.

Put the gelatin in a separate cup and cover with 4 tablespoons of warm water. Leave in this state until it swells, that is, for 15-20 minutes.

Combine the following ingredients in one saucepan: 2 tablespoons of sugar, cocoa and milk. Stir this mixture and put on low heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously.

Combine sour cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix thoroughly, then add to the cooled milk and cocoa mixture.

Pour the swollen gelatin into a saucepan and put on fire. Heat until completely dissolved. Do not boil it under any circumstances. Then add the resulting gelatinous mass to the mixture of sour cream and cocoa. Mix thoroughly.
Step 7
Remove the peel from the bananas. First cut into 2 pieces across. Divide the resulting halves lengthwise by 2. Thus, 4 slices are obtained from one fruit. Put the sliced bananas on the frozen biscuit and butter crust.
Step 8
Put the gelatin and cocoa mixture on the bananas. Flatten it gently and refrigerate overnight. Remove the finished dessert from the mold and decorate if desired. No-bake chocolate banana cake is ready!
