If you love chocolate desserts, try making a delicious cake. It turns out to be amazingly tender, very light, airy and does not require any baking. The base of the cake is made from cookies, which saves a lot of time. Neither children nor adults will refuse such a treat.

It is necessary

  • - friable biscuits (for example, "Yubileynoye" or "Baked milk") - 300 g;
  • - butter - 150 g;
  • - cocoa powder - 4 tbsp. l. without a slide;
  • - "Mascarpone" or any other cream cheese - 250 g;
  • - cream with a fat content of 33% - 100 g;
  • - dark chocolate - 2 bars (200 g);
  • - icing sugar - 100 g;
  • - vanillin - 1 sachet.

Instructions

Step 1

Fold the cookies in a mortar and grind until crumbled. You can also use a blender or a regular rolling pin for this. Melt the butter in a water bath or microwave.

Step 2

Now let's prepare the base for the cake. Pour the cookie crumbs into a large bowl, pour in the melted butter and add the cocoa powder. Mix everything together until smooth.

Step 3

Spread the resulting mass evenly on the bottom of the form and tamp it well. After that, put the workpiece in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Melt the chocolate bars in a water bath and leave to cool. Meanwhile, beat "Macscarpone" (any cream cheese) with a mixer together with powdered sugar until the consistency of a cream. In this case, the latter must be introduced into the cheese in parts so that it dissolves evenly. Then add the liquid chocolate and stir again.

Step 5

In a separate bowl, whisk heavy cream with vanilla and spoon gently into the chocolate cheese mass. It is highly discouraged to use a mixer at this stage - the cream should remain airy and light.

Step 6

Now remove the crumb cake from the refrigerator and put the resulting cream on it. Finally, smooth the surface with a spatula or spoon and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

Step 7

Before serving, free the finished chocolate cake from the mold and decorate to your liking, for example, with grated chocolate or chopped nuts.
