Delicious cakes don't have to be baked in the oven. You do not need to bake a banana-gingerbread cake, but this does not make the taste of the dessert worse. The tea delicacy turns out to be very tender and tasty!

- - chocolate gingerbread - 500 grams;
- - sour cream - 500 grams;
- - icing sugar - 100 grams;
- - banana - 3 pieces;
- - walnuts - to taste.

Step 1
Cut the chocolate gingerbread in half lengthways and cut the peeled bananas into circles. Mix sour cream with powdered sugar. Chop the nuts, but not very finely - they should be felt in the treat.

Line the bowl with cling film so that the edges hang down. Dip the gingerbread slices in sour cream, place them in the bottom of the bowl, fill in the gaps with the gingerbread wreckage. The next layer is bananas, on it again gingerbread, then bananas. Sprinkle with nuts. The last layer is gingerbread again.

Adjust the moisture content of the cake with the amount of sour cream - if you want it drier - dip the slices sparsely. If you cover the gingerbread cookies with sour cream rather thickly, you get a very delicate cake.
Step 4
Refrigerate the banana gingerbread cake for three hours. Turn over onto a plate, remove the film. Decorate as you like, such as strawberries and cocoa powder. Enjoy your tea!
