Delicate, airy homemade cake without baking tastes in no way inferior to a product bought in a store, but it is prepared very quickly, even an inexperienced chef can handle it.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of any gingerbread without filling;
- - 4 marshmallows;
- - 4 bananas;
- - 250 g sour cream;
- - 300 g butter;
- - 70 g of sugar;
- - 30 g of cocoa powder;
- - vanilla - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut marshmallows and gingerbread cakes into small cubes. For this homemade cake, you can take different types of gingerbread and marshmallows - it will be even more interesting.
Step 2
Peel the bananas and also cut them into cubes. By the way, instead of bananas, you can put pieces of pears or canned pineapples in this cake.
Step 3
Mix bananas well with marshmallows and gingerbread.

Now start preparing a delicate sour cream-butter cream: sour cream, butter, vanilla, cocoa powder and sugar, beat well with a mixer or blender into a fluffy mass.

Put the mass for the gingerbread, marshmallow and banana cake in a bowl, add ¾ of the prepared sour cream butter to it and mix.

Shape into a cake and place on a platter. If you have a split mold, you can put the mass into it and flatten.
Step 7
Pour the remaining cream over the gingerbread and marshmallow cake, so that it is evenly distributed throughout the cake.
Step 8
Sprinkle generously on top of the product with nuts, chocolate chips or confectionery powder, or pour over with chocolate icing prepared according to any recipe.
Step 9
Place the gingerbread marshmallow cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. After 2 hours, you can already drink tea with this amazing delicacy!
