The simplest recipe for a cake with just four ingredients, and also without fiddling with the oven and baking sheets - this budget, but unusual dessert is definitely worth trying.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of small chocolate gingerbread
- - 400 g sour cream, 15% fat
- - 3 bananas
- - sweet corn sticks for decoration
Instructions
Step 1
Set aside 7 gingerbread cookies out of the total and crumble them finely with your hands. This recipe used gingerbread a little larger than a walnut.

Cut the remaining gingerbread into small pieces.

Whisk the sour cream and 2 bananas with a hand blender. Cut 1 remaining banana into circles.

Take a form with high sides. Cover it with cling film or cellophane - the edges of the film should go beyond the sides. Lay out half of the chopped gingerbread.

Place half of the sour cream and banana cream on the gingerbread layer.
Step 6
Place the round banana slices on top of the cream.
Step 7
Top the bananas with the remaining half of the chopped gingerbread.

Put the rest of the sour cream on the gingerbread.

The last layer is gingerbread crumbs.

Cover the cake with a film wrapping around the edges, press gently, smooth out with your hands. Refrigerate dessert for a few hours or even overnight.

After the time has passed, gently turn the cake over onto a flat dish, remove the mold and remove the cling film.
