It is necessary

  • - 300-350 g unsalted fish crackers
  • - 400 g sour cream, 15% fat
  • - 2 medium bananas
  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
  • - 1/2 bar of dark or milk chocolate

Instructions

Step 1

Stir sour cream and sugar in a deep bowl. Use a hand blender or mixer to beat the mixture until the granulated sugar is completely dissolved. You should have a smooth cream.

Add crackers to sour cream, stir. It is better to do this gradually so that the consistency is suitable - the sour cream should be evenly distributed over the surface of the cookies. If there are too many crackers, the dessert will be poorly soaked and dry, if not enough, it will fall apart.

Cut the bananas into slices, add to the crackers. Stir gently again. Bananas should be ripe and soft enough.

Take a deep dish or salad bowl (preferably made of glass) and cover the bottom and sides with a layer of cling film. This must be done in such a way that part of the film hangs along the edges of the form. Place the mixture of crackers, sour cream, and bananas in a salad bowl.

Gently compact the mixture with a tablespoon. Lift the hanging edges of the cling film and cover the dessert. Smooth the surface with your hands and gently press so that there are no empty voids inside the mold - for this you had to take a glass dish, through the walls of which the voids will be clearly visible.

Put the dessert dish in the refrigerator and leave it there for a few hours. Then flip onto a flat dish. Remove the mold and carefully peel off the cling film.
