- water - 100 ml;

- ground black pepper - to taste;

- salt to taste.

First, rinse the meat and pat dry on all sides. Rub the pork with salt, pepper, your favorite spices and garlic, previously pressed through the garlic. Leave the meat to marinate for about one hour. Then take the foil and spread it criss-cross on a baking sheet. Pour lard over a piece of marinated meat and place in the center of the baking sheet on foil. - mayonnaise - 200 ml;

- salt - to taste;

- ground black pepper - to taste.

First, rinse the meat thoroughly and pat dry on all sides. Cut the pork into small portions and place in a plastic or enamel bowl. Add pepper, mayonnaise and mix well. Then peel the onions and cut them into rings. Add to the pork with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly again. Leave the meat to marinate in the refrigerator, the longer the better (you can even for two to three days).

Salt the cooked pork about an hour before frying. String the meat on skewers and grill on the grill on all sides until tender. The kebab prepared in this way will certainly be juicy and aromatic.
