It is necessary
- - 750 gr. carrots;
- - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- - onion;
- - a stalk of leeks;
- - 1 potato;
- - a clove of garlic;
- - 1 bay leaf;
- - a teaspoon of curry;
- - a teaspoon of dried ginger;
- - a spoonful of chopped parsley;
- - 1 liter of vegetable broth;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots into cubes.

Cut onions, potatoes and leeks into small pieces. Fry over medium heat in olive oil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
