  • - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - onion;
  • - a stalk of leeks;
  • - 1 potato;
  • - a clove of garlic;
  • - 1 bay leaf;
  • - a teaspoon of curry;
  • - a teaspoon of dried ginger;
  • - a spoonful of chopped parsley;
  • - 1 liter of vegetable broth;
  • - salt to taste.
