Autumn is a deceiving time when it's so easy to catch a cold. Traditional healers are in a hurry to help our body - carrots and ginger - products that are extremely useful and rich in all kinds of vitamins and microelements. Incredibly easy to prepare and nutritious, this puree soup is a great addition to your daily diet and protects you from virus attacks.
It is necessary
- carrots - 1kg
- ginger root - 3-4 cm
- milk - 250ml
- water
- salt
- ground black pepper
- parsley or basil
Instructions
Step 1
Wash carrots, peel and cut into large pieces. Immerse in a saucepan with water and cook over medium heat until softened for 20-30 minutes.
Step 2
While the carrots are boiling, wash and peel the ginger and cut into cubes.
Step 3
Allow the finished carrots to cool slightly, then beat together with ginger and milk in a blender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Pour the prepared soup into bowls, garnish with basil or parsley leaves. Bon Appetit!
