- First step. First, marinate the meat for 2 hours. Rinse the pork ribs thoroughly in cold water. Remove any remaining moisture with a paper towel or normal tissue. Cut the meat so that there is one bone in each piece. Transfer them to a bowl. Peel the garlic separately and crush each clove with the flat part of a knife, transfer it to the ribs, add salt to taste and various spices. Pour mayonnaise over the meat and stir by hand. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.

- pork ribs - 1 kg;
- potatoes - 1 kg;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- onion - 2 heads;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- tomato paste - 100 ml;
- sunflower oil - 50 ml;
- salt is a good pinch;
- bay leaf - several pieces;
- black pepper - medium pinch;
- fresh dill - a small bunch.
For cooking, you will need a large frying pan with high sides. Rinse the pork ribs well and drain off excess moisture. Cut them into medium sized pieces. In a preheated skillet, fry the meat for 7 minutes on each side. Transfer the ribs to another bowl.
Peel and wash all vegetables. Cut the onion into small cubes and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Transfer the onion to the pan where the pork was fried and cook for a few minutes. - sugar - 40 g;
- Badian - 1 pc.;
- soy sauce - 20 ml;
- rice wine - 70 ml;
- salt - 10 g;
- sunflower oil - 15 g.
Wash the pork ribs thoroughly, then cut them into small pieces. Place the pork in cold water so that it completely covers them and let the meat sit for 1 hour. This is done in order to remove excess blood that accumulates near the bone. After this procedure, once again wash the ribs well under running water.
