- - 600 g of beef
- - 50 g butter
- - bread crumbs
- - salt
- - ground black pepper
- - 1 egg
- - 2 bananas
- - 2 tbsp. l. flour
- - vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the beef into thin slices and beat lightly with a meat hammer. Fry the blanks in butter until a brown crisp appears. Add salt and black pepper as you like.
Step 2
Cut the bananas into thin, long plates. In a separate container, beat the egg with a fork or whisk. Dip the bananas in flour, then in egg and bread crumbs. Fry the blanks in the butter remaining after frying the beef.
Step 3
Place the meat in a lightly oiled baking dish (butter or vegetable). Place sautéed bananas on top of each bite. Additionally, sprinkle with finely grated cheese. Place the steaks in the oven and cook for 5-7 minutes. Serve the dish with fresh herbs.
