If you take fresh mushrooms for the recipe, then you should first rinse the mushrooms well. Put the frozen mushrooms in a separate bowl for defrosting in advance. Grind the mushrooms in the form of plates, and then fry in oil, adding cream at the end of cooking. Leave the mushrooms to cool.
