    • 300 g of champignons or oyster mushrooms;
    • 1 large onion
    • 4 tablespoons of sour cream;
    • 200 g chicken broth;
    • salt;
    • pepper;
    • vegetable oil;
    • greens.

Step 1

Chicken fillet with mushrooms is a great option for dinner. The meat turns out to be soft and juicy, and thanks to the mushrooms, it is especially aromatic. It will not be difficult even for a young hostess to prepare this exquisite dish.

Step 2

Wash the chicken fillet, lightly beat it with a rolling pin, salt and pepper. Instead of chicken, you can take a turkey fillet, which will increase the cooking time by 5 minutes. Place the fillet under the plastic wrap. Peel and finely chop the onions.

Step 3

Wash the mushrooms or oyster mushrooms. Cut the champignons crosswise into 4 pieces, chop the oyster mushrooms into thick strips. It is important not to cut the mushrooms too small so that they feel good in the finished dish. Leave the smallest mushrooms intact.

Step 4

Place the chicken fillet in a deep frying pan and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. Place in a bowl. In the same skillet, fry the onions and mushrooms for 5 minutes. You cannot fry mushrooms and oyster mushrooms for a long time, otherwise they will become "rubbery". Other forest or frozen mushrooms are also suitable for the recipe, but not dry ones. Fry them until tender.

Step 5

Pour the flour over the mushrooms, stirring thoroughly. After half a minute, pour the broth into the pan with mushrooms. Stir and add a few tablespoons of fat sour cream there. Instead of real broth, you can use broth cooked in half a chicken cube. Season the dish with a little salt and bring to a boil. There is no need to add additional salt to the broth on the cube.

Step 6

Place the fried chicken fillet in a simmering sauce. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, covered. Sprinkle chopped parsley and dill a couple minutes before cooking.

Step 7

Garnish with lettuce, thyme and basil when serving. Boiled potatoes or spaghetti are well suited as a side dish. Creamy sauce goes well with any not very juicy side dish.
