It is necessary

  • - pancakes prepared in advance;
  • - 200 g of boiled chicken fillet;
  • - 200 g of cheese;
  • - 300 g of mushrooms;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - salt to taste.
  • For the sauce:
  • - 7 tbsp. mayonnaise;
  • - 100 g of pickled cucumbers;
  • - greens at your discretion;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the mushrooms, cut into slices. Fry them so that the liquid evaporates completely from the mushrooms. Chop the cooked chicken fillet finely. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

Step 2

Make the filling for pancakes: add grated cheese, chopped chicken fillet to the fried mushrooms, mix everything, do not forget to salt. Place the prepared filling in the center of the pancake.

Step 3

Roll the pancakes into a square with the filling in the middle. To do this, first put the prepared filling in the center of the pancake, then roll the edges to the filling and wrap it from below. Flip the pancake upside down.

Step 4

Make a sauce. To do this, finely chop the pickled cucumbers and herbs of your choice. Put mayonnaise, crumbled cucumbers and herbs in a bowl, mix. Crush the garlic and add to the sauce. Mix everything well.
