It is necessary

  • - whole squid carcasses (preferably peeled);
  • - chicken breast;
  • - freshly frozen mushrooms;
  • - onion;
  • - carrot;
  • - hard cheese;
  • - garlic;
  • - mayonnaise.

Instructions

Step 1

To make your work easier, you should purchase a peeled squid. It must be rinsed well and the remaining films, if any, removed. Only whole carcasses should be used. Dip the squid into boiling salted water. We hold a minute and get it. You cannot digest the squid, otherwise it will be difficult to chew.

Step 2

Defrost the mushrooms, rinse with water and chop finely. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry all three components until tender. Instead of salt, you can add a little soy sauce to add a special flavor to the mushrooms.

Step 3

We wash the chicken breast and boil in salted water until tender. Then we cut the finished meat as small as possible.

Step 4

Mix the cooled mushrooms with chicken breast. Add a couple of crushed garlic cloves. For a more savory taste, use more garlic. Add grated cheese and some mayonnaise. Mayonnaise serves only to hold all the components of the filling together. There should not be a lot of it, as in a regular salad.

Step 5

We begin to carefully stuff the squid carcasses with the resulting mass. The filling should be laid tightly, crushing it with a spoon. Be careful not to damage the squid carcass. The filling should recede from the edge by about half a centimeter. The edges of the carcass should be secured with a toothpick.

Step 6

Put foil on a baking sheet, drip a couple of drops of oil and rub it over the entire surface. We spread the stuffed squid. Lightly coat each carcass with mayonnaise and sprinkle generously with finely grated cheese on top. Mayonnaise is used to make the cheese stick better to the carcass. But if you wish, you can do without it.

Step 7

We send the baking sheet with squid to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. We bake the squid for about 10 minutes. As the cheese melts, you can take the dish out of the oven.

Step 8

Toothpicks are not removed from carcasses. Everyone does this by himself, at ease. Bon Appetit!
