It turns out very unusual squids. The dish is perfect for a festive table and will please all family and friends.
It is necessary
- - 4-5 squids;
- - 150 g of champignons (you can take any mushrooms);
- - 150 g of grated cheese;
- - 2-3 eggs;
- - 1 onion;
- - 1 carrot;
- - Mayonnaise;
- - Salt and spices to taste;
- - Greens.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the mushrooms and cut into slices. Fry them lightly in a preheated skillet with oil, then add chopped onions and grated carrots. Boil the eggs and let them cool, then cut them into small cubes.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients in a deep bowl. Set some of the cheese aside, they will need to sprinkle the squid on top. Season the filling with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Now let's start preparing the squid themselves. Boil the squid in boiling water for a couple of minutes. This is enough to easily remove the film from the carcass. Remove the insides and cut off the tail. Cut the tail into strips and add to the filled bowl.
Step 4
Gently fill the carcasses with the filling using a small spoon. Spin the edges of the squid carcass with a toothpick. Put on a greased baking sheet and send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Step 5
The time it takes to cook the squid is 15 minutes. Remove from oven a few minutes before cooking and sprinkle with remaining grated cheese. Place in the oven for a couple more minutes.
