If you want to please your family with some incredibly tasty and unusual dish, then chicken stuffed with cheese is just what you need. Delicate chicken covered with an appetizing crust will not leave anyone indifferent.

- • 220 g of hard cheese;
- • a bunch of basil;
- • Cherry tomatoes;
- • salt;
- • 6 chicken fillets;
- • 50 g of mayonnaise;
- • 2 garlic cloves;
- • 200 g of spinach;
- • ground black pepper;
- • 100 g mozzarella cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the chicken meat. To do this, the fillet must be thoroughly rinsed in running water and, using a sharp knife, make a deep incision on the side, forming something like a pocket. Do the same with the rest of the chicken fillet.

Next, you need to prepare the filling. To do this, mix mayonnaise in a deep cup (you can use both purchased and cooked at home) with cream cheese.
Step 3
Sort the spinach and basil, rinse thoroughly in running water. After that, the greens need to be finely chopped with a sharp knife and poured into the filling. Add black pepper and salt to taste and mix well.
Step 4
The hard cheese must be divided into 2 equal parts. One of the parts with a sharp knife must be cut into small thin pieces and poured into the filling.
Step 5
If you wish, you can add chopped pickled cucumber to the filling, this will give the dish an interesting spicy touch.

Prepare a baking tray by greasing it well with oil. Then fill the chicken breasts tightly with the prepared filling and place them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and black pepper to taste.

Peel the garlic cloves, rinse thoroughly and chop using a sharp knife or garlic press. Add chopped garlic to the filling.

After that, into the filling that remained in the cup, pour the cherry tomatoes cut into two parts, previously washed. Mix everything well and place in an even layer over the chicken breasts.

Next, the baking sheet must be removed into a preheated oven and baked for half an hour. Grind the mozzarella and the remaining half of the cheese with a grater. 5-6 minutes before cooking, sprinkle with cheese mass on the breast. Bake until golden brown.
