Step 1
If oatmeal is used in cooking, then they need to be ground into flour using a coffee grinder. Mix flour with egg, milk, salt and baking soda. Mix everything thoroughly and let stand for 2-3 minutes.

It is advisable to take a frying pan with a non-stick coating and drip 2 drops of sunflower oil onto the heated surface. Pour the resulting dough into a frying pan and spread evenly over the surface with a spoon. You should get a thick, dense pancake.

Fry one side of the pancake over medium heat until golden brown and turn the pancake over. Put cheese, chopped chicken and pickles on one half of an already toasted hot surface. Leave the other half of the surface so that we can cover the filling with it.
Step 4
When the second bottom layer is fried, use a spatula to fold the pancake in half so that the filling is inside and turn off the heat.
Step 5
In a hot skillet, but without fire, let the pancake lie so that the filling warms up, the cheese melts. After that, the oat pancake is ready to eat.
