A delicious and hearty dinner may not only consist of side dishes, cutlets, meat or chicken. To diversify your table, you just need to fry some pancakes and stuff them. For example, mushrooms and ham are good fillings. The combination of these products always turns out to be very tasty.

- - mushrooms 300 g
- - ham 100 g
- - hard cheese 50 g
- - bechamel sauce 300 g

Step 1
In a bowl, combine flour and water until thick enough. While stirring, add eggs, salt and a tablespoon of olive oil. Fry 8 small pancakes in a skillet.

Rinse the mushrooms, peel and chop finely. Cook them in a little butter, remembering to add salt and pepper to taste.

When the mushrooms are ready, mix them with the béchamel sauce, add the grated cheese and finely chopped ham.

Place the filling on top of the pancakes and fold them in an envelope. We send the pastries to a greased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
