It is necessary

  • - 265 g flour;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 65 ml of olive oil;
  • - 385 g of pickled mushrooms;
  • - 215 g ham;
  • - 255 g of cheese;
  • - 185 g of tomatoes in their own juice;
  • - salt, basil.

Instructions

Step 1

Stir the flour with two beaten eggs and olive oil. Knead the dough and then transfer it to a linen towel, leave for about 45 minutes.

Step 2

Drain the canned mushrooms, chop them finely and put in a pan with heated vegetable oil. Peel, wash and chop the onion. Add chopped onions to the pan with the mushrooms, continue to fry for about 12 minutes.

Step 3

In a separate frying pan, fry the pre-chopped garlic in a small amount of oil, then add canned tomatoes, salt, pepper to it, mix everything and prepare the tomato sauce. Add some fresh basil, turn off the heat after about 5 minutes, when the sauce thickens.

Step 4

Divide the dough into two parts, roll out one half and put the mushroom filling on it. Finely chop the ham, grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Step 5

Transfer the ham to the mushrooms, sprinkle with grated cheese and drizzle with a little beaten egg.

Step 6

Roll out the second part of the dough and cover the filling with this layer, pinch the dough along the edges. Boil until tender in a large bowl in a little salted water.

Step 7

Serve the dish with aromatic tomato sauce on top.
