A very nutritious and satisfying dish. A simple summer vegetable salad from the garden is perfect as a side dish.
Ingredients:
- Champignons - 200 g;
- Bone loin (pork) - 2 pcs;
- Garlic - 4 cloves;
- Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons;
- Sunflower oil;
- Dried oregano - 2 teaspoons;
- Turmeric;
- Butter - 40 g.
Preparation:
- We start by washing the meat. Rinse the meat well under cold running water. Then dry it with paper towels. We don't need extra water, the meat should be very dry.
- Crush the garlic well with a knife to separate the juice, then chop it very finely. Add oregano, lemon juice, salt and sunflower oil to it. Stir this mixture well.
- Next, marinate our meat in the resulting mass. We grind the cooked marinade over the meat, do not save it, grind it well so that the whole piece of meat is evenly covered with marinade (no water, you do not need to pour anything!). We leave it for several hours in a cool place to marinate.
- Next, we begin to peel the mushrooms, cut them into very thin slices.
- Heat the sunflower oil well in a frying pan. Fry the meat in it on both sides until it becomes translucent, beautiful golden brown.
- Next, add mushrooms to the meat. Fry for about 5 minutes. Then add salt and lightly sprinkle with turmeric. Turmeric will give the meat a beautiful golden color, the main thing is not to overdo it, otherwise an unpleasant bitter taste may appear.
- Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Stir regularly.
- Serve with your favorite side dish, such as mashed potatoes or chips.
