It is necessary
- -50 grams of walnuts,
- -80 ml of syrup.
- For the test:

- -150 grams of sugar
- -150 grams of wheat flour,
- -1 tsp baking powder
- -4 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa powder.
- For the cream:
- -50 grams of sugar
- -100 grams of sour cream,
- -vanillin to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Lubricate the cake pan with a small piece of butter, sprinkle with breading on top.

Grind walnuts in any convenient way.

Divide the chopped nuts into two equal parts. We need one part for the test, the second for the cream.
Step 4
Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar, beat. The mass should triple.
Step 5
Mix flour with cocoa and baking powder. Mix dry mixture with beaten eggs. The mass will turn out to be dense.

Add half of the chopped walnuts to the dough, mix for a minute.
Step 7
We transfer the chocolate dough into a mold, level it.

We heat the oven to 180 degrees. We put the form with the dough in the oven for 40 minutes.

Put the baked cake on the wire rack, let it cool. Cut the cooled cake into three parts (you can cut it into two, if you wish). Soak each cake with syrup.

Beat sour cream, sugar (regular and vanilla), chopped nuts in a bowl for about three minutes. The cream will turn out to be liquid, which is exactly what we need. We leave a few nuts.

Lubricate the cakes with cream. We fold the cake. Lubricate the sides of the cake and the top with cream. Sprinkle with walnuts. We put the finished cake in the refrigerator for an hour.
