The benefits of bran

So, here are some simple recipes for bran dishes. Let's start with a delicious diet cookie. For cooking, you will need 300 grams of rolled oats, a couple of bananas, some raisins, two tablespoons of bran, one chicken egg, some salt and coconut.
Combine rolled oats, coconut, raisins, bran and finely chopped bananas into the mixture. Then add salt and sugar and stir the dough thoroughly until smooth, then add the egg and mix again. From the resulting dough, mold neat flat cakes and bake them in a well-preheated oven.
You can also prepare drinks with bran, for example, a breakfast cocktail. To prepare it, you will need a glass of kefir, a couple of tablespoons of bran, 50 grams of cottage cheese, a little honey and fruit to taste. If you decide to add fruits to the cocktail, then they need to be washed, peeled and chopped in a blender. Mix the bran with kefir and cottage cheese, add chopped fruits and honey, beat everything again in a blender and serve.
You can also surprise your loved ones with steamed minced chicken meatballs. For cooking, you will need 500 grams of minced meat, herbs to taste, half a glass of steamed rice, an egg and half a glass of bran. Boil the rice until half cooked, chop the herbs and mix these components with the rest. Then form the meatballs and roll them in the bran.
