Add spices. Use a heat-treated sugar substitute.

Whisk the milk and eggs with a fork. Add the whipped mass to the dry mixture. Knead the dough. It should be thick and uniform. Set the dough aside for 3 minutes. Then place in baking tins. Use small forms for buns. One cell should fit 1-1, 5 tbsp. test. Bake the buns in the oven at 180 ° C. Baking time: 30-35 minutes.

When the buns are ready, remove them from the molds and cool. This recipe is basic. You can diversify it as you like: make the buns salty or sweet, add dried fruits, vegetables, berries, spices and herbs.

Pancakes without flour

To make pancakes you will need: 3 tbsp. bran, 4 tablespoons potato starch, 2 large eggs, 250 ml of kefir, 1/4 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. sugar, 180 ml of water, 1 tsp. vegetable oil for greasing the pan, salt and vanillin to taste. To fill the pancakes, prepare 250 grams of any fish fillet, 1 onion, 100 grams of rice, 100 grams of yogurt for gravy, spices and herbs to taste.

Mix bran with kefir and leave for an hour. You can put the mixture in the refrigerator in the evening, and bake pancakes in the morning. Go ahead and prepare the filling. Cut the onion and fish fillets into cubes and fry in vegetable oil in a skillet. Add spices and salt while frying. Boil the rice and add it to the fish. Put finely chopped greens in the same mixture.

Now resume making the dough. Beat eggs with a whisk, add sugar, salt and vanillin. Mix eggs with kefir, add starch. Stir the mixture thoroughly. Add baking soda there and immediately pour in boiling water, stirring continuously. Let the dough stand for 20 minutes. The consistency of the baking mass must be liquid.

Preheat a frying pan, brush with vegetable oil and fry the pancakes. Pour some dough into a skillet, flatten, and after 30 seconds, turn the pancake over to the other side. The fire should be slow during frying. If the first pancake is lumpy, add an egg or a little starch to the dough. Bran pancakes are thin and plastic. The dish is completely done when you wrap the filling in it.
