Not all people love carrot cutlets. And in vain. Vegetable meatballs not only help to diversify the diet, but also help maintain a slim figure. People who want to lose weight should learn how to cook carrot patties. With this dish, the diet menu will not be so boring.
It is necessary
- 600 g fresh carrots;
- 100 ml of pure water;
- 2 tbsp. l. bran, for example, wheat (any will do);
- 80 g semolina;
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- Salt optional.
Instructions

Wash, peel and coarsely grate the carrots.

Transfer the vegetable to a skillet, cover with water and simmer over minimum heat for a quarter of an hour.

Put the stewed carrots in a deep bowl, add the bran, butter and semolina to the bowl.

Stir all the ingredients to make a smooth paste. The minced meat for the carrot cutlets is ready, let it cool and you can shape the meatballs.

Soak your hands in cold water and start sculpting cutlets. Place the blanks on a baking sheet, which can be covered with either baking paper or a special non-stick mat.

Carrot patties are cooked in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C, when the time is up, you need to pull out the baking sheet and turn the meatballs. On the other side, the dish takes another 10 minutes to cook. Basically, after you turn the carrot patties, you can turn off the oven. The heat is quite enough for the food to reach.

Carrot cutlets can be served with sour cream or meat.
