Plyatsok is a Western Ukrainian pastry. Cake or pie baked on a whole baking sheet and then cut into cubes, diamonds, rectangles.

It is necessary

- - 350 g of sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 260 g of dark chocolate;
- - 70 g flour;
- - 50 g cocoa;
- - 40 g starch;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - 250 g of peanuts;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of milk;
- - 250 g butter;
- - 300 g of condensed milk;
- - 150 ml cream (35%);
Instructions
Step 1
To make a dough: beat the yolks with sugar (75 g) until white, add vegetable oil, then melted dark chocolate. Mix everything well. Add dry mixture (mix flour, cocoa, starch, baking powder).
Separately beat the whites with sugar (75 g) and gradually add them to the chocolate mixture in several steps.
Step 2
Bake with a large crust on a baking sheet at 180 ° C.
Cool the cakes, cut in half across, coat with brittle cream, pour fondant on top, decorate with butter cream flowers, cut into square cakes.
Step 3
For croutons: mix sugar (200 g) with fried, crushed peanuts, milk, butter (70 g). Warm up over a fire until sugar and oil dissolve. Place on a silicone mat or on a Teflon baking sheet (never on paper), bake at 200 ° C until golden brown. Cool, cut into pieces.
Beat butter (180 g), add condensed milk (200 g), add roasted nuts and mix.
Step 4
For butter cream: whip the cream, add condensed milk (100 g).
For chocolate fondant, break the chocolate (180 g) into pieces, mix well until smooth in a water bath.
