Crispy shrimp bags are a very original dish, perfect for a festive table. Guests, with great interest, first of all disassemble this dish.
You will need:
- 2 cups white flour
- 250 ml of water
- 300 grams of shrimp,
- 100 grams of vegetable oil
- 100 gr cream
- 40 grams of salmon caviar,
- salt.
Cooking method:
- Take all the flour and divide it in half in two cups. Pour 100 ml of boiling water from the teapot into the first cup and knead the dough, pour 100 ml of water from the refrigerator into the second cup and make the dough too. Then mix both mixes together, cover with a towel and set aside for 20 minutes.
- Heat water in a saucepan, add salt. Take thawed shrimp, peel, boil, drain the water from them and leave to cool.
- Sprinkle the finished dough well with flour, roll out a large thin cake and cut into 8 pieces approximately in the shape of squares.
- Divide the cooled shrimp into 8 servings, arrange in squares and form pouches; pinch strongly in the place of assemblies. After that, put all the bags on a floured kitchen board, cover with a towel and let stand for 30 minutes.
- Heat half of the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan, place our bags, pour cold water to the level of the middle of the product. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Little by little, pour the oil that remains onto the bags, simmer for 15 minutes, open the lid and wait until all the water has boiled away. Then fry until crisp.
- Make the sauce:
- Boil the cream, stirring until thick, add red caviar, mix.
- Serve warm.
