This fast, but unrealistically delicious salad with the apt name "Minutka" has already surpassed in popularity "Mimosa", "Herring under a fur coat" and even "Olivier". The secret lies in the ease of its preparation from the simplest products. Thanks to the chicken and fresh tomatoes, the taste is rich, slightly unusual, while eggs and cheese add satiety to the Minutka salad. Yes, and you can arrange a dish for a holiday in many options, if you try a little before serving.

It is necessary

  • - 200 g of smoked chicken breast (can be replaced with ham, the taste will become even more piquant);
  • - 100 g of hard cheese;
  • - 1 fresh tomato (it is better to take a slightly hard one so that it does not turn into porridge when slicing);
  • - 3 boiled eggs;
  • - 160 g of mayonnaise;
  • - salt;
  • - onion feathers or parsley leaves for decoration.

Step 1

Cover a bowl or round dish with cling film, so that it is more convenient to shape later, turn the container over. Put the cheese grated on a coarse grater with the bottom (for now) layer.

Cut the tomato into small cubes and let the juice drain from the cutting board. Spread the tomato cubes on top of the cheese in an even layer, season with salt, coat with mayonnaise. Sprinkle the tomatoes with chopped green onion feathers to add spice and flavor.

Cut into cubes or take apart the smoked chicken leg and breast into fibers. You can replace it with julienned ham. Draw a mayonnaise mesh on top of the layer.
