If you don't really want to mess around with meat, then you can buy ready-made minced meat in the store. I decided to cook cutlets from meat. So what to do and how to cook.
We cut the meat from the bone (I had a leg of lamb), the bone can be left for the broth and then cook the soup. I got 800 grams of meat.
Step 2
We clean the onions and two potatoes. We twist the peeled vegetables with meat through a meat grinder. Add eggs to a cup of minced meat, salt and pepper a little to taste, mix and leave for 15 minutes.
Step 3
We form cutlets. We choose the size and shape of the cutlet to taste.
We heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or in a saucepan and fry our cutlets under the lid until a delicious crust.
Step 4
If desired, the patties can be baked in the oven.
We cover the baking sheet with parchment, you do not need to grease with vegetable oil, since the cutlets will secrete juice and fat. We bake the cutlets for about half an hour at 180 degrees. You do not need to turn the cutlets.
The cutlets are soft and very juicy.
