  • - 200 grams of minced meat (a mixture of pork and beef);

  • - 4 mint leaves;
  • - 100 grams of rice;
  • - 6 tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • - salt, ground black pepper - to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the squash and cut it in half lengthwise. Seeds are removed from them.

Step 2

Rice is sorted out, washed thoroughly in water and boiled until half cooked in salted water. Peel the garlic, wash it under running water and cut into medium pieces. Greens are also washed and finely chopped.

Step 3

Minced meat is slightly salted, spices are added, combined with half of garlic, herbs and rice. Add eggs and mix gently.

Step 4

The remaining garlic is fried in a preheated pan with the addition of vegetable oil, the resulting minced meat is added to it, a small amount of water and stewed for twenty minutes over medium heat.

Step 5

Prepared zucchini are filled with the resulting minced meat, put on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil, and baked in an oven at a temperature of 170 degrees for 25 minutes.

Step 6

The cucumbers are washed well in water, cut into thin slices and carefully laid out on a serving dish. The browned zucchini is placed on a prepared dish, decorated with mint leaves and served.
