Cabbage rolls are a delicious dish that can be cooked almost all year round. It is even better for them to use ripe fall cabbage. Meat for stuffed cabbage should be medium fat, so usually for minced meat it is better to take either not very fatty pork or a mixture of beef and pork. Rice is added to the minced meat for stuffed cabbage, so this dish is not only tasty, but also very satisfying.

- Rice - 100 g
- Turnip onions - 1 piece,
- Medium carrots - 1 piece,
- Fresh dill,
- Salt

Instructions
Step 1
Put the rice in a small saucepan and rinse it under cold water. When the water is light, drain it by leaving some water in the saucepan 5 centimeters above the rice level. Put the pan on fire, when the water boils, reduce heat and simmer the rice for 15 minutes. Then turn off the pan and drain the water. The rice should be slightly damp.
Step 2
Grind the minced meat in a meat grinder, put the rice in it. Chop the dill finely, add it to the minced meat too.
Step 3
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Preheat a skillet, sauté the onions until golden brown, then put the carrots in the skillet and lightly fry with the onions. Pour two-thirds of the contents of the pan into the meat and rice, salt and pepper, mix everything. Your stuffing for stuffed cabbage is ready. Then add the remaining fried onions and carrots to the saucepan in which the cabbage rolls will cook.
