Who hasn't tasted stuffed peppers? It was tried, if not all, then almost all. It wins the hearts of many food lovers. This recipe for stuffed pepper is very simple, but insanely tasty, in addition, the ingredients are familiar and loved by everyone.

- - 350-400 g minced meat
- - 1 glass of round grain rice
- - 2 tomatoes

- - 0, 5 tbsp. vegetable broth

Step 1
Rinse the rice thoroughly in water 5-7 times, dry and put in a saucepan. Pour rice with two glasses of water, salt and boil until tender.

Peel the onion, rinse it, chop it finely. Peel the carrots too, rinse and grate on a fine grater. Mix the carrots and onions together. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, put vegetables and fry until the onions are golden brown.

Mix together rice, raw minced meat and previously fried vegetables. Salt and pepper the resulting filling for stuffed peppers, mix. By the way, you can add other spices to the filling, for example, Provencal herbs.

Wash the bell peppers in water, cut off the top from each, remove the seeds. Put the filling tightly into the empty peppers, cover them with tops.

Rinse the tomatoes, pat dry and cut them into half rings or rings. Put the tomatoes in a frying pan, cover them with broth, salt, pepper and put on fire, heat, cover and simmer for 3-5 minutes over low heat.
