It is necessary

  • - five medium bell peppers;
  • - 300 grams of chicken fillet;
  • - a glass of rice;
  • - two onions;
  • - one large carrot;
  • - 50 ml of vegetable oil;
  • For gravy:
  • - A glass of tomato juice;
  • - two glasses of water;
  • - two cloves of garlic;
  • - pepper and salt (to taste);
  • - one onion.

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, peel and thoroughly rinse the onions and carrots, chop the vegetables with a knife as small as possible (it is better not to use a grater at this stage, the vegetables in the finished dish will not be felt much, which will significantly reduce its taste).

Step 2

Take a chicken fillet, rinse it, chop it (you can use a knife, or you can skip it through a meat grinder).

Step 3

The next step is to prepare the peppers. Rinse the peppers, remove the core and seeds (you need to cut off the upper part, the one with the stalk).

Step 4

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, put the prepared vegetables and meat, set the "baking" mode for 30 minutes.

Step 5

While the meat, onions and carrots are stewed, boil the rice until half cooked. Pour the groats with water (one part rice, two parts water), put on fire, bring to a boil and simmer for 7-10 minutes. Do not forget to add salt at the end of cooking. Drain the water.

Step 6

Mix semi-cooked rice with meat and vegetables in a separate saucepan. The filling is ready. Now take the prepared peppers, fill them with this filling and place them in the multicooker bowl.

Step 7

Next, prepare the gravy: peel the onion and garlic, chop them. Mix vegetables with tomato juice, water, pepper, salt to taste. Pour this mixture into the peppers in a multicooker bowl so that the liquid almost completely covers the peppers themselves.

Step 8

Close the lid of the kitchen appliance and set the bake setting for 40 minutes. A few minutes before the end of cooking, taste the gravy, add salt if necessary. At the end of the time, put the peppers in plates, garnish with chopped herbs and serve.
