Sometimes it is so useful to unload the body, so eat not a sausage sandwich for breakfast, but a vegetable salad made from cabbage. For taste, add a little pickled champignons, for a beautiful appearance - carrots and turmeric.
It is necessary
- - 50 g each white cabbage, Chinese salad, radicchio salad and Chinese salad;
- - 5 g of turmeric;
- - pickled mushrooms;
- - wine vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut in half a few white cabbage leaves, cut out a thick center, chop into thin strips. Place the cabbage in a salad bowl, sprinkle with sugar and salt, add a little turmeric for color. Remember directly with your hands so that the cabbage gives juice, leave it to infuse. For now, tackle the other ingredients in the salad.
Step 2
Cut the core of the leaves of Chinese lettuce, cut the leaves themselves into wide strips, the cores into small cubes. Cut the radicchio and curly lettuce leaves into strips. Rub the peeled carrots on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Put all the prepared ingredients to the cabbage, mix thoroughly with your hands (it is not so good to mix the cabbage with lettuce with a spoon). Chop two dozen pickled mushrooms.
Step 4
Prepare a vinaigrette as a salad dressing - mix a few tablespoons of wine vinegar with 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil, beat lightly with a fork.
Step 5
Add the mushrooms to the salad, fill with the dressing, sprinkle with chopped dill on top, mix again - now with a spoon. Serve immediately.
