It is necessary

  • For two servings:
  • Tiger shrimps 500 gr
  • Arugula
  • Cherry tomatoes 12 pcs
  • For the marinade:
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Olive oil 4 tbsp spoons
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Salt, sugar to taste
  • Dried dill to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Wash and clean the defrosted shrimp.

Step 2

Prepare the marinade by mixing all the indicated ingredients (grate the garlic on a fine grater). Add the shrimp to the marinade, mix thoroughly and leave warm for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

At this time, we prepare a salad: wash arugula and tomatoes and dry them. Spread the arugula at random on plates (in portions), spread the halves of cherry tomatoes in a circle. Rub a small amount of cheese on a fine grater.

Step 4

Put the shrimps in a preheated pan along with the marinade, you can add a little water. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Step 5

Put the finished shrimps in the center of the salad. Decorate with grated cheese on top. We serve immediately. You can drizzle the tomatoes with a little olive oil.
