Black tiger prawns have long been popular with seafood connoisseurs. Thanks to their huge size, unusual taste and high content of healthy protein, cooking and eating them is a pleasure.

- butter - 150 g;
- soy garlic sauce - 100 ml;
- lemon;

- olives - 100 g;

Step 1
You can cook black tiger prawns in the most usual way by boiling in salted water, adding spices and sprinkling with lemon. But these seafood tastes best when fried.
Step 2
If you purchased frozen shrimp, you must defrost them completely before cooking. To do this, put the shrimp in cold water without removing it from the bag, or simply leave it in a plate on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. Then rinse them off any dirt.
Step 3
Gently peel the shell of the shrimp without touching it on the tail. Then place them in a deep bowl, top with soy garlic sauce, salt, cover and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Note that the sauce already contains salt.

After this time has elapsed, melt the butter in a well-calcined frying pan, and then put the shrimp into it, after removing them from the soy sauce. Grill them over high heat for about 2 minutes on each side.

Then drizzle the seafood with lemon juice, cover the skillet with a lid, reduce heat, and simmer for another 2 minutes.

Then place the prepared tiger prawns on a platter, garnish with lime wedges, parsley sprigs and olives around the edges. Top them with the remaining sauce in the pan.

A less nutritious dish of black tiger prawns can be obtained by cooking them in the oven. To do this, marinate the shrimp in soy garlic sauce with a little sugar and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 8
After that, put them on skewers, and then put them in an oven preheated to a temperature of 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven, place on a platter, and serve as a hot snack with cold white wine.
